She works within the MSP and Teleplan ecosystem regularly, submitting claims, reconciling remittances, resolving rejections, and turning billing activity into reporting patterns physicians can actually use.
She has trained numerous Canadian and New-to-Canada Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Clinic Managers and Medical Office Assistants on how to bill under different payment models.
That experience is the reason Teleplan Pro exists. Across busy clinical practices, she identified that, the same revenue gaps tend to surface again and again: premiums misapplied, rejections abandoned at 90 days, incentives left untracked.
